It was a brisk, overcast day at Homestead Manor, but everything about this beautiful wedding inspiration is so warm and cozy. This styled shoot was inspired by vintage books, love letters, elegant gold, and carriage rides through the snow. Our couple, Ginny and Houston, snuggled by Homestead’s beautiful indoor fireplace and even rain couldn’t dampen their love for each other as they stayed close to each other under a classic clear umbrella.
Homestead Manor’s neutral, rustic setting pairs so beautifully with deeper winter jewel tones, and the overcast day made the burgundy and gold color palate pop. Our table was adorned with beautiful gold-touched pieces from Liberty Party Rental. The groom wore a slate blue suit with a burgundy bow tie from Street Tuxedo. The bride was dressed in a romantic, all-lace gown from Fabulous Frocks and carried a gorgeous oversized bouquet filled with greens, pinks, whites, and burgundy florals. The birch bark inspired cake by Triple Crown Bakery added the perfect unique and rustic touch. The beautiful love letters were created by A Drop in the Water and Brynn Boyd did hair and makeup. This styled shoot shows that winter weddings can still be warm, vibrant, and so cozy.
