There is something special about New York City weddings, especially when they’re filled with so much genuine love and emotion like this one! You might remember Beccah and Johnny from their Brooklyn engagement session. Beccah is a dear friend of mine from college and it was so special to get to photograph her marriage to such an amazing partner.
Beccah and Johnny got married at the Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers. We explored Chelsea Piers, rode on a carousel, and miraculously avoided the rain! Our adventures were followed by a touching ceremony and a rocking dance party. The bride’s brother surprised her with a song he wrote about her, which made everyone cry. And then his band played a set at the end of the night and got everyone dancing!
I have to say, New York City has really captivated my heart. A large part of that is because the city is just as passionate about brunch as I am! I am excited to continue photographing couples, boudoir sessions, and weddings in New York City. If you connect with what you see here, get in touch. I’d love to talk about being your photographer!
