The transition between summer and Autumn in the South is stunningly beautiful, and filled with the joys of fresh fruits, cool drinks, and colorful florals. This Meadow Hill Farm bridal inspiration is designed to show brides that you can use one source of inspiration, in this case, fruit, at one venue, and create three completely different but equally gorgeous looks. Each one of our brides has their own couture gown, hairpiece, cake, signature drink, invitation suite, wedding ring set, and overflowing bouquet!
I had been dreaming up this shoot for over a year, and it was magical to see it finally come to life. I could not have done it without the incredible team of vendors who worked with me. Everyone blew me away with their creativity! This post is really long because we created three separate editorials in one! So make sure to scroll through and see all of it, including the vendor love at the end.

Our tablescape maintained a neutral color palette with golds and magnolia browns and greens. Gold foil place cards and menus create beautiful accent pieces, and the table had Meadow Hill Farm’s beautiful cream and brown barn as a backdrop.
Our fig shoot was inspired by the purples, pinks, and reds naturally found in these beautiful fruits. The elegant and whimsical Petal Gown by Theia perfectly tied together our color palette, as did the pink sapphire engagement ring designed by Olivia Ewing. Our bride sipped on fig and rum thyme cocktail and enjoyed an elegant gold-brushed fig and chocolate cake. Everything about this shoot is elegant, with some whimsical touches.
Our peach shoot is the epitome of classic Southern style. The bride’s Sarah Seven gown has gorgeous clean lines and her bouquet has touches of peach florals and magnolia. The gold bar cart held a Southern classic–peach lemonade bourbon–and the caramel drenched peach cake was sinfully decadent.
Our blackberry inspiration is fun and playful. The bride’s Christos gown was accented with a delicate Twigs and Honey belt, and she had so much fun twirling the lace layers of the dress. This bride’s signature drink was blackberry champagne, and her wedding cake is the perfect summer treat.
